BUI is one of a small number of Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Services Providers worldwide, a status earned through a rigorous third-party technical audit. We hold all six Microsoft Solutions Partner designations and are a MISA member.

How we handle data

BUI processes personal and customer data in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our controls are governed by our ISO/IEC 27001-certified information security management system.

Data-residency, sub-processor and shared-responsibility questions are handled openly as part of onboarding and due diligence, with our security team available to complete customer assessments and questionnaires.
